Love in Faith is a fast-growing e-commerce company creating faith-based apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products that inspire and connect. Alongside our booming direct-to-consumer business, we are expanding into wholesale partnerships, with products now featured in retail stores. As our Paid Media team scales, we are also doubling down on organic social media to build stronger community engagement, brand loyalty, and reach.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Social Media Manager (Global Contractor) to own and lead our organic social media presence across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. This person will be responsible for strategy, content planning, posting, community engagement, trendspotting, and growth — ensuring our brand voice shines through every piece of organic content.

A passion for creating engaging, faith-based social content is key. If you have experience in Christian digital communities, understand how to spark authentic engagement, and know how to use AI tools to scale social content creation, this role is a great fit.

This is a contract role, not an employment position. Engagement terms, hours, and deliverables will be defined in your contractor agreement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute organic social strategy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Develop content calendars, aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and community engagement goals.
  • Create and publish organic social content (graphics, reels, captions, stories, TikTok videos, etc.).
  • Leverage AI-forward tools (e.g., Jasper, Motion AI, ChatGPT, Canva AI) to scale content creation and ideation.
  • Manage community engagement — respond to comments, DMs, and interactions in a brand-consistent, faith-centered voice.
  • Monitor social trends, sounds, and memes and adapt them to Love in Faith's faith-based audience.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Paid Media team to align organic and paid creative strategies.
  • Track and analyze organic performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, share of voice).
  • Develop a growth strategy to increase reach, build community, and spark authentic brand advocacy.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Content Strategist with a portfolio of growing organic social media for e-commerce or lifestyle brands.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Meta and TikTok platforms, including content creation, analytics, and trends.
  • Strong creative instincts and ability to develop scroll-stopping content that aligns with direct-to-consumer growth.
  • Proficiency with social media and design tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, scheduling platforms).
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation (caption writing, ideation, visuals, trend adaptation).
  • Excellent written communication skills for captions, storytelling, and faith-centered messaging.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deliverables as a remote global contractor.
Nice-to-Have
  • Strong familiarity with Christian social media content (e.g., scripture sharing, inspirational reels, Christian influencer trends).
  • Prior experience in e-commerce apparel, lifestyle, or mission-driven brands.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing or partnerships.
