Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of CSR experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical-related account
  • Graduate of a Medical Allied course (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, MedTech, PT, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to start immediately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical inquiries, insurance validation, and patient support
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to clients and healthcare professionals
  • Document interactions and maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and company protocols
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently and professionally
