Key responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service through both chat and voice channels
  2. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
  4. Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures
  5. Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve customer service skills
  6. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support one another

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  6. No prior BPO experience required - we'll provide comprehensive training
