About the role

As a Call Center Agent for 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC', you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This full-time position is based in our Pasiga City, Metro Manila office and offers a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and updating customer information
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  4. Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
