About the role

We're on the lookout for talented Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team at TASK AGENCIES INC' in Pasig City. As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the friendly voice that connects our customers with the exceptional service they deserve. What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  2. Providing accurate information and finding effective solutions to customer issues
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
  5. Adhering to call quality and productivity standards
  6. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  5. Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required
  6. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not essential
