About the role

AGVILL RESOURCES INC' is seeking a talented Call Center Agent - Virtual Process to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing prompt and efficient assistance
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process enhancements
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliance
  6. Continuously developing your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible service

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Commitment to providing high-quality service and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
