About the role

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team at VICTORIAN PLACEMENT AGENCY'. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients across a range of industries.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with accurate information and resolving their queries and concerns
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to customers
  • Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service delivery
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • No prior call center experience is required - we provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed
