About the role

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent - Social Media Account (TikTok) to join our dynamic team in Pasig City Metro Manila. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your customer service expertise and passion for social media to deliver exceptional support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer enquiries and requests via TikTok in a timely and professional manner
  2. Provide accurate information about our services and address any concerns or issues customers may have
  3. Actively monitor and engage with our TikTok account, including posting content, responding to comments, and growing our online presence
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media strategies
  5. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and escalate any complex issues as required
  6. Continually strive to improve the customer experience and identify opportunities to enhance our social media offerings

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the e-commerce or logistics industry
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  5. Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  6. Proficiency in English and the local language
