
Admin and Compliance Assistant

- Perform basic to intermediate bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Assist in regulatory compliance tasks such as SEC filings, business permits, and other government-related documentation
- Support executive-level management through calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication handling
- Act as a liaison with local government offices and other regulatory bodies
- Maintain proper corporate records and assist in tasks typically handled by a corporate secretary
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and office coordination
- The ideal candidate will be a graduate of Accountancy or have significant bookkeeping experience, along with hands-on knowledge of government filings and administrative support.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field preferred; non-graduates with strong relevant experience are welcome
- At least 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Working knowledge of corporate regulatory processes (SEC, BIR, LGU requirements, etc.)
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or Corporate Secretary is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
