We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Compliance Staff to join our team This role will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with government regulations and requirements.
Job Description:
- Ensure timely filing and submission of government documents (e.g. BIR, SEC, LGU permits)
- Monitor and renew company permits, licenses, and registrations
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for compliance records
- Assist in internal audits and compliance assessments
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Prepare and manage reports, memos, and correspondences related to compliance
- Coordinate with government agencies for any requirements, updates, or issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or any related course
- At least 1 year of experience in government compliance is preferred
- Familiarity with Philippine government agencies and regulatory requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
