Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate / Manager to support the development of renewable energy projects in the Philippines.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals (3–5 years of experience) who are passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to impactful, long-term energy solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new business opportunities in the Philippines
  • Conduct market research, policy analysis, and feasibility studies
  • Build relationships with local stakeholders (government agencies, landowners, partners)
  • Support project structuring, permitting, and financial modeling
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and internal reports
  • Coordinate with technical, legal, and financial advisors
  • Participate in site visits, negotiations, and project documentation

Requirements

Must-Have

  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience (energy industry preferred)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with Philippine energy regulations and permitting processes
  • Stakeholder engagement experience (LGUs, DENR, DOE, BOI, etc.)
  • Financial modeling and contract management skills
  • Knowledge of Google Earth, QGIS, MS Project, MS Office
