we are looking for a dynamic and driven individual based in Pasig.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth for
FHC
by securing new contracts and strategic partnerships for its affiliated brands:

  • AHG Hotel Group
    (hotel and resort management)
  • Niyama Wellness
    (spa and wellness operations)
  • GCI Hospitality
    (consulting and hospitality solutions)

This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and negotiating agreements that align with the company's vision of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Development Strategy
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new hotel and resort management contracts.
  • Identify opportunities for wellness and spa partnerships under Niyama Wellness.
  • Expand consulting engagements for GCI Hospitality.
  • Market Research & Prospecting
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in hospitality and wellness sectors.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and nurture relationships with property owners, developers, and investors.
  • Represent Fuego Hospitality Collective at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and financial models for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts.
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
  • Strong network within the hotel, resort, and real estate industries.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
