Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining a positive and compliant work environment by addressing employee concerns, enforcing company policies, and supporting engagement initiatives across retail branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary cases in line with labor laws.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Support employee engagement and communication programs.
  • Monitor workplace climate and provide HR reports and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years experience in Employee Relations or HR, preferably in retail.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Willing to travel to different branches as needed.
