Digital Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo Expert)

We are looking for a highly experienced Email Marketing Specialist with deep, hands-on expertise in Klaviyo. This role is ideal for someone who has mastered email flows, segmentation, and content strategy. Experience in women's fashion or similar niches will be a strong advantage.

This is a long-term, part-time role (20 hours per week) for someone who can work independently, deliver high-quality campaigns, and significantly contribute to our client's growth.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automations, and promotional EDMs.
  • Build complex and optimized Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandonment, win-back, post-purchase, etc.).
  • Segment audiences using advanced filters and behavioral triggers.
  • Perform A/B testing to improve open rates, click rates, and conversions.
  • Manage email design, content formatting, and brand alignment (women's fashion experience preferred).
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain a consistent, premium brand feel across all email communications.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive, advanced experience in Klaviyo — you should know it inside out.
  • Proven success managing EDMs, newsletters, and automated flows for eCommerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and behavior-based triggers.
  • Experience in women's fashion, lifestyle, apparel, or similar markets is a big plus.
  • Excellent written communication and eye for premium brand presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines for a senior-level role.
  • Portfolio required.
