Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Supervisor to drive business growth and manage our strategic accounts in the Telco industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong negotiation and analytical skills, and who excels in building and managing relationships with key dealers in the assigned area. You will play a vital role in ensuring monthly sales growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate brand/model listings across all sales channels.
  • Manage end-to-end business operations and ensure consistent month-on-month sales growth of assigned accounts.
  • Monitor sales metrics including Sell-in, Sell-out, Inventory, and Days of Supply (DOS).
  • Align with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure strategic execution.
  • Cascade, implement, and monitor sales and marketing programs to boost performance.
  • Oversee program-related claims, payouts, and aftersales activities.
  • Secure space visibility and negotiate ex-deal marketing opportunities with key partners.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in key account management, operator business, or store management within the Telco industry.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or able to learn quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • A team player with a pleasant personality and proactive attitude.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Willing to do field work as part of account management duties.
  • Can work 6 days a week (9am-6pm).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php38,000.00 per month
