Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in handling high-volume transactions, and the ability to manage supplier payments efficiently. Retail industry experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and general ledger.
  • Monitor and process supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and reconcile accounts, addressing discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard accounting practices.
  • Support audits and coordinate with external/internal auditors.
  • Train, guide, and supervise accounting staff to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA not required).
  • At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong background in handling high-volume transactions and supplier accounts.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on Saturdays if necessary, especially during month-end closing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
