The Accounting Supervisor oversees efficient tracking of project costs and revenues, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation against budget. Responsibilities include financial analysis and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees the tracking of project costs by efficiently gathering and organizing relevant financial data, including material costs, labor costs, and other expenses.
  • Ensures accurate computation and recording of project costs and reconciliation with project budgets, including the conduct of regular inventory of materials at the site.
  • Conducts comprehensive analysis of project financial performance, including variance analysis and cost projections, to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepares regular and ad hoc financial reports for management review, providing insights into project performance and financial health. Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to forecast project costs and accurately providing regular updates to management.
  • Reviews and validates project budgets by providing input on cost estimates, and monitor actual performance against budgeted targets, identifying and addressing deviations promptly.
  • Coordinates with relevant teams such as Technical Services Group to forecast project cost accurately, ensuring alignment with overall financial objectives.
  • Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • BS Accountancy
  • With at least 5 years experience in Cost Accounting, Revenue recognition, and Financial Reporting at the same level capacity from real estate industry
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and interpreting variances to support decision-making.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in recording and analyzing financial information
  • Good communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Advance knowledge in Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
