About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a full-time Spanish Representative to join our dynamic customer service team in our Davao City office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving customer issues by identifying problems, researching solutions, and implementing appropriate actions
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills to provide the best possible support
  • Cold Calling: Initiate direct phone calls to prospective leads to introduce our wristband solutions, explain key benefits, and identify interest or needs.
  • Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent communication with previously contacted leads to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales funnel.
  • Email Outreach: Craft and send personalized email campaigns to reach new prospects, provide product information, and encourage engagement.
  • SMS Messaging: Utilize text messaging to follow up with leads or send quick updates and reminders, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably serving Spanish-speaking customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and office productivity software
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service
