Customer Service Professional

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of customer service professionals. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.

Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This includes answering questions about products and services, addressing customer complaints, and documenting all interactions in the CRM system.

  • You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

Candidates with previous customer service or call center experience are preferred, but not required. If you are a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  3. Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  4. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.

Bonus Points: You have prior experience in a similar role and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
