Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients.

Your primary role will be to answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also provide accurate information about products and services, resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, and document all interactions in our CRM system.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle high call volumes and multitask, and have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

About the Role
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
