
Spanish Representative

What you'll be doing:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in fluent Spanish
Provide accurate information and efficient resolution of customer issues
Maintain a positive and professional demeanour to build strong customer relationships
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices
What we're looking for:
Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
Cold Calling: Initiate direct phone calls to prospective leads to introduce our wristband solutions, explain key benefits, and identify interest or needs.
Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent communication with previously contacted leads to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales funnel.
Email Outreach: Craft and send personalized email campaigns to reach new prospects, provide product information, and encourage engagement.
SMS Messaging: Utilize text messaging to follow up with leads or send quick updates and reminders, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
Strong computer skills and proficiency in using relevant software and databases
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
A team-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
