JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Technical Sales Estimator and Drafter who can prepare quotations, create simple drawings, and present our prefab container products to clients. The role includes office work, client meetings, and occasional site visits.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in estimation or drafting
  • Can draw simple layouts, elevations, and technical sketches
  • Knowledge in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or any basic drawing software is an advantage
  • Knowledge in prefab containers, construction, or modular units is a plus
  • Can compute materials, labor, and delivery charges
  • Presentable and confident in client presentations
  • Can conduct simple site visits and gather measurements
  • Good communication skills for handling client inquiries
  • Detail oriented and accurate in calculations
  • Knows Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail, and basic computer applications
  • Honest, responsible, and organized
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Fast learner and can follow pricing rules

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare quotations for prefab containers, warehouses, and modular units
  • Create simple drawings and layout plans for clients
  • Present products, drawings, and quotations during client meetings
  • Visit sites when needed to gather measurements and details
  • Update and revise drawings based on client requirements
  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and calls
  • Maintain updated price lists, models, and templates
  • Submit daily reports and quotation logs
  • Coordinate with Manila and Cebu teams on project requirements
  • Maintain organized records of all quotations and drawings
  • Protect confidentiality of company pricing and documents
