Job description

A) Position Objective:

The position is responsible in providing over-all daily operational sales support to the Branch.

B) Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Acceptance of New Business Applications and Monitors Issuance (NB & UW Related)

2) Acceptance of Policy Services Requests (Policy Services & Claims Related )

3) Attends to Daily Collection Transactions (Finance & Cash Accounting Related)

4) Attends to Agency Sales and Recruitment Activities (Marketing Related)

5) Attends to after-sales related service requests from Agents and Clients (Customer Service)

6) Branch Office Maintenance

C) Minimum Job Requirements:

 Education: College Graduate (4-yr. Business Course)

 Experience: Experience in any customer service/operations related position

 Specific Business Knowledge:

o Non Life Insurance is HIGHLY recommended.

Experience in branch or sales support is an advantage,

Candidate's residence must be within Manila.

Computer literate, customer-focused, with good communication and organization skills, independent, and able to do multi-task activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
