Position: Remote Client Success Representative (Part-Time Can Lead to Full-Time)

Company: Serenity Clean

Location: Remote (Filipino Applicants)

Work Hours: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5PM - 8PM EST

Compensation: $5/hour plus commissions (USD)

Serenity Clean is seeking a Remote Client Success Representative to support our evening and weekend team. This hybrid role combines sales and light client success support, with significantly fewer client inquiries compared to weekday positions.

You will play an important part in maintaining smooth operations after hours—answering inbound sales calls, following up with leads, resolving card declines, and assisting clients with basic concerns. This position requires strong communication skills, a neutral accent, and the ability to stay calm, agreeable, and solution-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:


Inbound Sales Calls: Handle incoming evening/weekend calls, understand client needs, and provide clear information about our residential cleaning services.

Weekend Sales & Card Declines: Take ownership of resolving card declines and ensuring scheduled bookings remain active and uninterrupted.

Client Success Support: Address and track client concerns that come in during evenings/weekends (generally low volume). Provide simple solutions or escalate when necessary.

Issue Tracking: Log all client issues, updates, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.

Pipeline Follow-Up: Engage with warm leads through calls, texts, and emails to help move them toward booking.

Booking Conversion: Apply relationship-based communication to convert leads into confirmed appointments.

Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and reinforces Serenity Clean's reputation.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of communication and actions inside the CRM.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams by sharing updates, reporting issues, and contributing to team success.

Required Meetings: Attend the EOS L10 every Monday from 12NN–1PM EST, plus any scheduled sales meetings or training sessions.


Qualifications and Skills:


Neutral English Accent: Must communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based clients.

Sales & Customer Service Experience: Experience in sales, customer care, or call handling preferred.

Client-Focused: Ability to stay calm, listen actively, and provide reassuring, solution-oriented responses.

Strong Time Management: Able to manage follow-ups, inbound calls, and documentation within shift hours.

Adaptability: Comfortable with remote work and able to adjust to evolving processes and strategies.

Tech-Proficient: Able to use CRM platforms, call tools, messaging apps, and documentation systems.

Positive, Professional Attitude: Ability to stay agreeable, empathetic, and upbeat—even with concerned clients.

Availability: Must be consistently available during scheduled evening/weekend hours.
