Client Success Manager

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Success Manager (CSM) with Quality Assurance experience to join our remote team This role ensures client satisfaction through consistent service quality, data accuracy, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in QA/QC, client communication, and team coordination—someone who can maintain service excellence while managing relationships in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain client satisfaction across assigned accounts
- Conduct quality checks (QA/QC) on team outputs, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Develop and implement QA processes, checklists, and feedback systems
- Monitor VA and project performance, providing coaching or feedback where needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolutions
- Prepare performance reports, quality summaries, and improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client workflows and service standards
- Identify process gaps and drive initiatives for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control (preferred: service or BPO environment)
- Strong background in Client Success, Account Management, or Operations Support
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM, QA dashboards, and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Asana, ClickUp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a remote setting
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating and using QA scorecards or audit templates
- Familiarity with process documentation and SOP writing
- Background in virtual assistance or remote team management
- Data analysis and report-building skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboards)
