This role blends client success, invoicing, and administrative support. You will be a trusted partner for clients—ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in their relationship with Tech Guru.

Your mission:

  • Build trust and strong relationships with clients
  • Deliver proactive, clear, and confident communication
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing support
  • Maintain organized client processes and documentation
  • Keep client accounts running smoothly through strong admin support

What You'll DoClient Success & Communication

  • Act as one of the points of contact for client issues
  • Proactively communicate with clients on all matters, including invoicing
  • Explain billing structures, recurring charges, and usage-based adjustments
  • Partner with Client Success Managers to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Host regular check-in calls with clients
  • Deliver simple, clear reporting packages
  • Maintain organized, accurate client records and track all action items
  • Proactively identify client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate when needed

Invoicing, Billing & Financial Operations

  • Prepare, review, and send accurate monthly invoices with supporting documentation
  • Reconcile vendor bills (Microsoft 365, hosting, security, accounting apps) against usage reports
  • Track and help protect service line gross margins by ensuring billing accuracy
  • Manage accounts receivable: outreach, payment plans, autopay enrollment, and collections
  • Investigate billing discrepancies and communicate resolutions clearly
  • Maintain an organized system for billing files, documentation, and client histories
  • Assist in financial forecast

Admin & Meeting Support

  • Send follow-up communications and ensure tasks are completed
  • Maintain an organized system for client files and communications
  • Assist leadership and Client Success Managers with administrative tasks for client accounts

Process Automation & Improvement

  • Document and continuously improve SOPs for client-facing, invoicing, and administrative processes
  • Analyze recurring issues and propose improvements to workflows

What You Bring

  • Experience in billing, invoicing, admin support, or revenue operations (SaaS, MSP, or service-based environments preferred)
  • Strong client-facing communication skills — confident with U.S.-based clients
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience reconciling vendor bills or managing subscription/licensing models
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (lookups, pivots, basic analysis)
  • Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software
  • Demonstrated wins in process automation
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php65,000.00 per month
