VirtuAssist is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistant services to a diverse range of clients. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and building strong relationships with our clients. We are looking for a Client Success Manager who is passionate about customer service and can help our clients achieve their goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Foster strong, long-term relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Onboarding and Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth transition and are fully equipped to work with our services. Provide training and resources as needed.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review client accounts and monitor performance metrics of the employees to ensure goals are being met. Identify potential issues before they arise and proactively address them.
Problem Solving: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
Client Feedback: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in our services. Use this feedback to inform strategy and enhance client satisfaction.
Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional services to clients, helping them to maximize the value they receive from the company.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on client satisfaction, retention rates, and other key metrics.
Strategy Development: Work with the management team to develop strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of proven experience in a client success, account management, or customer service role, preferably in a B2B - environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and handle challenging situations.
Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM tools and client management software.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
