We are looking for an Account Manager to manage our VVIP clients, ensuring they receive personalized attention and a seamless experience at every stage of their journey. This role requires professionalism, empathy, and exceptional communication skills to deliver world-class client support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client meetings via Zoom, including Pre–Deep Dive and Deep Dive sessions.
Develop a deep understanding of each client's business to help our team design a customized prototype tailored to their needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients — addressing questions, concerns, and providing continuous support.
Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
Non-Negotiables:
Must speak confidently and professionally on camera and during client calls.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Knowledgeable in Facebook Ads (doesn't have to be an expert, but must understand campaign setup and optimization).
