Client Success Manager (Full Time with 1 month probation)
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Client Success Manager. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the first point of contact for students, ensuring they receive seamless support throughout their internship placement journey. Your responsibilities will span logistical coordination, emotional support, and coaching to help them get more work experience and internships.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Onboarding & Enablement
- Run personalised welcome calls that set expectations, cover tools (Calendly/Loom/WhatsApp).
- Ensure Forms are completed and documents collected.
Employer & Interview Coordination
- Liaise between students and employers to source, match, and schedule interviews.
- Manage interview logistics (time zones, links, confirmations, reschedules) and keep all parties informed.
- Support offer management: clarify terms, align start dates, and assist light negotiation where appropriate.
- Coordinate contract/admin steps for internships (paperwork, right-to-work checks where required).
Daily Communication & Support
- Provide timely assistance via WhatsApp/email (SLA: fast, clear, solution-oriented).
- Maintain professional, empathetic tone; de-escalate issues and keep confidence high.
Documentation & Reporting
- Keep CRM/trackers spotless: notes, next actions, interview outcomes, offer status.
- Collect and manage testimonials/case studies (with consent), and encourage referrals.
- Flag risks early (missed deadlines, low activity) and coordinate interventions with coaches.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Some familiarity with the job application process in the UK/US and a strong understanding of related challenges.
- Some experience in coaching business or education business.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Positive, empathetic, and patient demeanor, with the ability to connect and build trust with students.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple student interactions seamlessly.
- Bonus: Prior experience in customer service, demonstrating a proven ability to foster client relationships.
