We are a growing business looking for someone to support our clients and placed workers by ensuring high satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing client and worker relationships, handling complaints, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and fairly.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Responding to complaints from clients and placed workers
  • Investigating issues and identifying fair resolutions
  • Mediating disputes and facilitating positive outcomes
  • Escalating serious matters to leadership with clear recommendations
  • Following up to ensure resolutions are implemented
  • Maintaining accurate records of all issues and outcomes
  • Identifying recurring problems and recommending process improvements
  • Conducting proactive check-ins with clients and workers

  • Experience in customer success, client services, account management, or dispute resolution
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Empathetic approach with the ability to find balanced solutions
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
