We are seeking a driven Appointment Setting Manager (B2B) to lead and support our team of cold callers and appointment setters. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing team performance, ensuring accountability, and implementing strategies to maintain a steady flow of qualified appointments. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, a results‑oriented mindset, and the ability to streamline and optimize appointment‑setting processes. Who are Icons of Real Estate? Making podcasting accessible to real estate agents, and using it as a growth vehicle rather than a vanity metric. iconsofrealestate.com Key Responsibilities Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and motivate a team of cold callers/appointment setters to consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Performance Oversight : Monitor call activity, outreach volume, appointments booked, show‑up rates, and pipeline health using Go High Level CRM . Reporting : Build and maintain dashboards in Go High Level, delivering clear weekly/monthly reports on appointment metrics, lead sources, and campaign ROI. Training & Enablement : Create scripts, playbooks, and onboarding processes to ensure setters have the tools and confidence to succeed. Process Optimization : Refine automations, workflows, and reporting systems in Go High Level to boost efficiency and conversion rates. Lead Generation Innovation : Research, test, and implement new prospecting methods (organic, paid, partnerships, events, social, etc.) to strengthen the pipeline. Collaboration : Work closely with leadership to align appointment‑setting efforts with broader sales and revenue goals. Quality Assurance : Verify that all appointments meet company qualification standards before passing them to sales. Requirements Proven experience managing cold calling, appointment setting, SDR, or inside sales teams. Hands‑on expertise with Go High Level CRM (or similar platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), including pipeline management, automations, and reporting. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to design and execute new lead generation strategies and scalable appointment‑setting processes. Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills. Comfortable with video‑based communication (Zoom or similar). Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and motivated by achieving measurable results.
