As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in the sales pipeline by connecting with potential customers across the United States through conversational phone calls. You'll be responsible for processing a substantial database of 20,000 quality leads, primarily consisting of small to medium-sized business owners who value authentic, friendly communication. This position offers consistent work volume with the exciting potential to grow into closing roles as you develop expertise in the business. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a multicultural environment where your natural conversational skills and Latin American background are specifically valued for building rapport with US-based prospects.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls daily to qualify leads from a comprehensive database of 20,000 prospects

  • Conduct natural, conversational phone calls with small to medium-sized business owners using a friendly, authentic approach

  • Ask four specific qualifying questions to determine lead quality and gather essential business information

  • Follow provided sales guidelines while maintaining your natural communication style and avoiding robotic scripts

  • Update and maintain accurate contact information when prospect details have changed

  • Classify leads as qualified or unqualified based on responses and established criteria

  • Pass qualified leads with detailed information and insights to the internal closing team

  • Maintain professional yet casual communication that resonates with "mom and pop" business owners

  • Handle brief 3-5 minute conversations efficiently while building genuine connections

Requirements
  • Native or near-native English speaker with excellent conversational English skills

  • Previous experience with outbound calling and lead qualification in a B2B environment

  • Natural ability to engage small business owners in authentic, friendly conversations

  • Comfortable making high-volume phone calls consistently throughout the day

  • Strong listening skills and ability to follow guidelines while maintaining conversational flow

  • Experience working with CRM systems or lead management tools preferred

  • Full-time availability and long-term commitment to role growth

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural team members from Guatemala, Colombia, and other Latin American countries

  • Results-oriented mindset with potential interest in advancing to closing roles based on performance
