Job Opportunity: CRM and Lead Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled CRM and lead management specialist to manage our leads and CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of potential clients.

  • Manage incoming leads from sign calls and online sources, determining their stage in the buying/selling process.
  • Scrub leads promptly, adding labels, activating drip campaigns, sending welcome messages or emails, and assigning them to agents.
  • Nurture leads through regular communication (email and text) until they are ready to meet with an agent.
  • Reassign leads to agents once appointments are set.
Requirements:
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Age 18 or above.
  • A headset with noise-canceling feature and high-definition webcam.
Device and Network Requirements:
  • Intel Core i3 - 6th to 12th gen i5, i7, or AMD equivalent.
  • Windows or Mac acceptable.
  • At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available.
  • 10 Mbps DSL or Fiber Internet connection.
