Job Title: IT Support Associate – Onsite | Shifting Schedule

Location: Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines

Work Setup: Onsite | Shifting Schedule (including nights, weekends & holidays)

What You'll Do:

  • Provide Level 1 technical support to internal teams
  • Resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and VoIP systems
  • Monitor network health and escalate problems
  • Use helpdesk systems to track and document issues
  • Work closely with IT and Operations teams to maintain uptime

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • 1+ year experience in technical support (BPO experience a plus)
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, VoIP, and networking basics
  • Familiar with Active Directory, helpdesk ticketing tools, and remote access software
  • Willing to work onsite, on a shifting schedule (including weekends & holidays)

Preferred but Not Required:

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
