Job Title: Customer Service Associate – Onsite (Graveyard Shift)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our onsite team. In this position, you will serve as a key point of support for passengers, ensuring every ride experience is smooth, timely, and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 80–100+ inbound and outbound calls daily for bookings, updates, and confirmations.
  • Utilize dispatch or booking systems (such as iCabbi) to enter, verify, and update trip information.
  • Manage delay notifications with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with your team through communication channels such as Slack.
  • Assist teammates by supporting pending or incomplete bookings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Background in customer service, BPO, or dispatch operations (experience with iCabbi or similar systems is an advantage).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centered mindset.
  • Ability to manage high-volume calls efficiently and consistently.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain performance during graveyard shift hours.
