Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Support Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for supporting the billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter Vendor Bills: Accurately input vendor invoices into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and documentation.
  • Issue Check Requests: Prepare and process check requests in accordance with company policies and payment schedules.
  • Create Draft Invoices: Generate draft invoices for review, ensuring all billable items are correctly captured and documented.
  • Process Credit Card Payments: Manage and process credit card transactions through the designated payment portal, ensuring secure and accurate handling.

Skills and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or general accounting support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
