Position: IT Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee our IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. This role is critical in ensuring system reliability, data security, and seamless IT support while providing direction and leadership to a skilled IT team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and security operations.
  • Provide leadership to the IT support team, handling escalations and complex issues.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and IT budgets effectively.
  • Drive measurable improvements in system uptime, user support efficiency, and security posture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing IT teams and external vendors.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, PMP, CompTIA, AWS, or Azure are highly preferred.
