Job Summary:

The UI/UX Designer will design and improve user interfaces to ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience. Working closely with the product and engineering teams, the designer will turn user needs and business goals into creative, high-quality design solutions. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in modern design tools to produce engaging and functional visuals aligned with company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
  • Designing graphic user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets4. Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables). Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Qualifications:

  • Min. 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Bachelor of Science in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
  • Have a good knowledge of product design
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Corel, Adobe Premiere, and After Effect.
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management skills
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Can start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
