About the Role

This is an
urgent, high-impact role
with a target start date
ASAP (within 30 days)
. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering exceptional user experiences for complex, large-scale systems, with a special focus on incorporating
Artificial Intelligence
into our user interfaces. You will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment within a large, established enterprise organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end
    User Experience Design
    process from concept to execution, ensuring all designs align with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Design, prototype, and refine highly interactive user interfaces primarily using
    Figma
    .
  • Specialize in designing
    AI-driven experiences and interfaces
    , translating complex algorithmic functions into intuitive and approachable user interactions.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
    : Effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business leaders.
  • Utilize
    Excellent Communication and Strong Presentation Skills
    to articulate design rationale, present concepts to senior leadership, and advocate for user-centered design principles.
  • Maintain and contribute to a global design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive years of experience
    working as a UI/UX Designer, with a significant tenure in a
    large, enterprise-level company
    .
  • Mastery of
    Figma
    for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
  • Proficiency with
    Adobe Creative Cloud
    (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Demonstrated
    Experience in creating AI-driven experiences and interfaces
    . You should understand the unique challenges and opportunities of designing for machine learning systems (e.g., handling ambiguity, trust, explainability).
  • Familiarity with AI design tools
    such as
    Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Google Stitch
    , or similar emerging technologies.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in large-scale product design, complex workflows, and successful stakeholder navigation.
