What You'll Do
  • Research and understand mobile gaming trends, visual styles, and UI/UX conventions to keep our games engaging and competitive.
  • Collaborate closely with game designers and artists to conceptualize and maintain cohesive UI/UX designs across projects (templates, assets, style guides, etc.).
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes that clearly communicate ideas and interaction design.
  • Translate user data and feedback into actionable design improvements that enhance player experience and interface appeal.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Philippine art team to create and refine UI assets across multiple titles, using draw-overs and reference examples.
  • Help optimize our UI pipeline — from specifications and asset delivery to documentation and process improvement.
  • Conduct UX research via playtests and surveys to validate design usability and ensure our interfaces are intuitive and enjoyable.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, or any related field.
  • Experience as a UI/UX Designer (preferably in mobile or game development).
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing UI/UX design in games — include image samples and/or a demo reel.
  • Skilled in Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • Strong sense of visual composition, typography, and layout for games.
  • Great communicator and collaborator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City, available to work Monday to Saturday, with dormitory accommodation provided by the client.
  • An online portfolio showcasing game UI/UX work is required. Include images or a demo reel and add the link to your resume.
