We're Hiring: UI/UX Developer (Rockwell, Makati City)

We're seeking a UI/UX Developer to design, build, and refine clean, intuitive, and visually engaging interfaces for our enterprise applications. If you're passionate about crafting seamless user experiences, turning complex data into elegant, user-friendly designs, and collaborating closely with backend teams to bring ideas to life, we'd love to meet you.

Role Overview

You'll be part of a growing engineering team responsible for crafting the visual and interactive layer of our applications. You'll work closely with backend, mobile, and product teams to ensure each product is visually consistent, easy to use, and aligned with our overall design system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement user interfaces that are functional, consistent, and visually engaging
  • Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of UI with APIs and data models
  • Build and maintain reusable UI components and style systems
  • Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to validate designs
  • Optimize interfaces for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across devices
  • Maintain visual consistency across platforms through design systems and component libraries
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX development or front-end design
  • Tech-agnostic mindset - adaptable to new tools and frameworks as needed
  • Proficient in Laravel (Blade or Inertia), React, , or TailwindCSS
  • Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX design tools
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design
  • Experience implementing pixel-perfect UIs from design to code
Bonus Points
  • Experience creating admin dashboards, analytics interfaces, or game UIs
  • Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
  • Knowledge of user testing methodologies and accessibility standards
