As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions. Your goal will be to enhance user satisfaction through improving usability, accessibility, and interaction design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and translate them into design specifications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
  • Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate and improve designs continuously.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative design ideas to the team.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in an IT or technology-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and case studies.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
