Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Kalayaan Ave. Poblacion, Makati

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to communicate concepts clearly.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative outputs.
  • Develop, test, and deploy new website projects for both in-house and outsourced clients.
  • Maintain and update all company web assets and content management systems
  • Lead the development of custom web-based tools such as HRIS, real estate portals, and accounting platforms.
  • Integrate CRM, booking, inventory, and POS systems into digital platforms seamlessly.
  • Manage domain registration, DNS settings, hosting, and SSL certificate renewals.
  • Write clean, responsive, SEO-optimized, and accessible codebases.
  • Provide ongoing support for internal digital systems, including login issues, form errors, and load times.
  • Assist in creating software documentation and user manuals for internal teams.
  • Support API integrations with third-party services such as payment gateways, calendars, and SMS providers.
  • Troubleshoot bugs, handle system updates, and ensure platform security.
  • Conduct security audits and resolve vulnerabilities on live platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign landing pages and analytics setup.
  • Regularly back up systems and implement disaster recovery protocols.
  • Submit bi-weekly reports on digital performance and unresolved issues.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align platform requirements.
  • Conduct internal training sessions on system usage, bug reporting, and platform updates.
  • Explore and propose automation and AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Enforce cybersecurity protocols and credential safety measures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer is an advantage
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
