Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business objectives into functional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user behavior and preferences.


• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.


• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.


• Work with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity during implementation.


• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI style guides to ensure consistency across all products.


• Participate in design reviews and provide/receive constructive feedback.


• Ensure the final product meets user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.


• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.


• Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframes, UI design, and prototypes.


• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.


• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (a plus, but not required).


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):


• Familiarity with design systems like Material Design or Apple HIG.


• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.


• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
