Manulife IT Delivery Center is looking for UI/UX practitioners for multiple roles. Which we will process further during our exclusive Red Carpet event The roles are:

Intermediate User Experience (UX/UI) Designers

Senior User Experience (UX/UI) Designers

UX/UI Design System Designer

UX/UI Delivery Lead

Position Responsibilities:

  • Be a storyteller – A critical element of all our roles is to deliver insights about people and behavior – verbally and visually in a way that generates empathy, emotion, and engagement from the client and design team.
  • Create, Lead, Collaborate and Solve problems - whatever role you end up with, you will do one or a combination of these to be successful.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders and bring them along at every step of the design process
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented

Required Qualifications:

What these roles have in common are the need to have the following:

  • 3 years or more (5+ for Senior) of dedicated UX design experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Psychology, Human-factors or similar discipline
  • Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
  • Experience in Prototyping and Wireframing
  • Experience with Design Systems
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
