Responsible for ensuring that the Corporate Services and Facilities Management Department's operations and processes comply with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards. This position identifies compliance risks, conducts regular audits and assessments, and develops effective compliance programs for the Department. The Lead Specialist acts as a key liaison to CSFMD Divisions to promote a culture of compliance, mitigate regulatory risks, and ensure adherence to government and industry requirements.

  • Leads the Department's compliance programs and activities, including planning strategic solutions for new and recurrent gaps or issues, and representing the Department in Regulatory and Compliance Technical Working Groups and Committees;
  • Monitors compliance of CSFMD with all applicable external and internal business requirements, such as ISO standards, department orders, and NGCP policies, and coordinates with CSFMD Division focal persons for the resolution of non-compliances;
  • Ensures all activities are fully compliant with NGCP safety and quality standards, striving for continuous improvement of NGCP processes, and upholding corporate policies and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience; 5 years relevant of experience as Compliance Officer may be considered in lieu of the Engineering/Business degree
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Skilled in conducting audits and assessments
  • Adept in regulatory research and analysis
  • Possesses excellent analytical and strong collaboration/coordination skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Demonstrates high integrity and ethical conduct
  • Proactive and self-initiating
  • Adaptable and resilient

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
