Position: Bidding Specialist

Location: San Juan City, Metro Manila

Employment Type: Full-Time | Office-Based

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bidding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bidding process — from analyzing bid invitations and preparing proposals to coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely submission of compliant documents. Your expertise will directly contribute to the company's growth by securing new projects and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze bid invitations, RFPs, and tender documents to identify requirements and potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and compile proposals, bid documents, and supporting materials according to client specifications.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, finance, legal, etc.) to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids and proposals, while maintaining strict compliance with all requirements.
  • Maintain an organized database of all bids, pricing, and submitted documents.
  • Conduct market research to track and monitor upcoming tenders and bidding opportunities.
  • Monitor bid status, follow up with clients, and support post-bid negotiations.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, financial analyses, and pricing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, procurement regulations, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in bidding, tender preparation, or a similar role (experience with government or corporate bids is an advantage).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
