As the Senior Traction power Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision of Subcontractors for the Traction Power installation, which is pivotal role within our traction infrastructure team, particularly in the rail Projects. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and a keen focus on the traction power mechanisms that propel our train services. This role is not only about installation supervision of the new systems but also innovating and improving these systems for enhanced efficiency and reliability.

As Traction power Construction supervisor, you will play a leading role in supporting the Power Construction Manager in the management of the construction activities. This is a Permanent full-time position based in Manila.

The key accountability of the role includes but are not limited to: - Lead subcontractors traction power engineers, technicians, and general maintenance staff, providing both technical guidance and support during installation and testing.

Foster a team environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and high performance. Conduct regular toolbox's talks sessions to ensure all team members are updated on the latest installation and safety protocols – Ensure all traction power operations adhere to the latest safety and environmental regulations. - Keep abreast of new legislation and technological trends that can impact operations, preparing strategic reports and recommendations for upper management.

Document all aspects of traction power installation operations, maintaining clear and thorough records for internal audits and external inspections.

• Work in close collaboration with the project site team, Client and Engineer, Authorities, Supervision of Subcontractors to deliver the trackworks to the project's safety, cost and time requirement.
• In charge of trackworks activities including but not limited to traction installation of depot and viaduct section and substation feeders
• Carry out routine daily site inspection and spot checks of the Subcontractor's works and tracking of works schedule including internal inspections with QC Engineers prior issuing of request for inspection to the Client.
• Coordinate with the site engineers to carryout condition survey and hand over inspections with the electrical and track works Contractors and relevant stakeholders prior to site taking over / site access, in preparation of traction power areas substation RER and viaduct electrical section.
• Produce daily site diaries and weekly construction and installation progress reports.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent electrical technical background.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated competency in legislation and standards relating to Construction and Health & Safety.
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills.
• Site management and team management
• Knowledge of electrical software tools CAD, MATLAB, PLC and technical systems.
