Substation Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for the design, development, and providing technical support while ensuring compliance with
industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares the operating and monitoring procedures to ensure reliable and continuous substation power supply.
- Responsible for the controls associated with the identified risks of the project.
- Provides support to the project engineer or project supervisor for the control and operation of the substation.
- Performs reading and encoding of power meters and logging of system fluctuations.
- Provide technical support concerning technical issues, planning, execution, operation, and maintenance of the
substation. - Assistance to the project engineer/supervisor for the preparation of monthly reports and incident reports.
- Coordinates with the client's shift engineer on matters related to the assigned scope of work of the project.
- Analyze the monthly reports and incident reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Adjust the operating procedures based on feedback from the project engineer/supervisor and the client's shift
engineer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- With TESDA training and certification (NC II)
- With PRC License
- With at least two (2) years' work experience.
- Willing to be assigned to the Quezon City project site.
- Willing to start immediately/ASAP.
- One (1) project-based contract is available for this position.
