Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on and organized Property Manager / Acquisition Assistant to support our property operations. You will oversee basic property tasks, coordinate renovations, handle property documents, and assist in managing acquisitions. This role involves occasional travel to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and coordinating properties, renovations, and repairs.
  • Handle property documents, permits, and processing of titles.
  • Coordinate with contractors, landowners, and local offices.
  • Provide updates to management on property activities.
  • Travel occasionally to sites as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in property management, admin coordination, or related work is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Basic knowledge of property documentation is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace).
  • Willing to travel as required.
